It is very sad and quite sobering to see that many of my old friends and acquaintances have died so very young. It kind of makes me re-think the "problems" that we all mumble and grumble about in our own lives and put into perspective how blessed we all are to be here to mumble and grumble about them! They will all be remembered foerever, both in my heart and in my prayers.

Being from the class of 1977, I was very sad to read that several friends had died, the year we graduated. I've attended all of our reunions, and many names were not included in previous list. Was it a car accident, or what? I would be interested in hearing from other 1977 Wantagh Warriors about exciting, cheerful thoughts in their lives now, 2001.

Thank you for this Memorial page. It is very sobering to see names from long past now on this site. I am from the class of 1957. I was sad to see Bernie Genna's,Henry Levinson's, and Larry Holman's names. Interestingly enough, Henry and Larry were twins (Harvey L. and Laurel H.) My heart goes out to them......and all the others, too.

Awesome page. I lived in Wantagh from 1958-68. Attended Forest Lake School K-6 and only about 3/4 of a year at Wantagh Jr. High when we moved to Cleveland. Graduated in 1973. Was sad to see my childhood friends Paul Meyer and Patty Reardon listed here. Also, Joseph Aul who I remember stopping by my house on the day we moved.
